I'm Robert Hanzel from Hungary. I started to work with bees ten years ago. I love my job, I do it independently. Now I work with one hundred family of bees, in a nice natural environment. I am a wandering beekeeper. My goal is the best quality, not the quantity. Proves this , that my linden honey won the best linden honey aword of 2022 in Hungary. In Hungary we have a country honey test every December. I have already won more gold, silver or bronze awards with my honeys in Hungary. The honey is a perfect healthy food: it doesn't need to add anything or to take away anything. The honey is just perfect.

To make quality honey, you have to be overly attentive to details, to details. Tornareccio is the city of mosaics and making honey is like making a mosaic: if you miss the smallest piece you risk ruining everything. But attention to detail is not enough, you need the right experience and, above all, a great passion: bees are my life and I am happy with my job.
