My first touch with beekeeping was the distinctive smell of honey with wax in the apiculture laboratory of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where I was a student and it was this smell that awakened my love for the field. So, after finishing my studies, I decided to have my first five beehives in 2017 where I discovered this wonderful world of bees.
