Organic forest flower honey is produced in Lääneranna Parish, Pärnu County. It is honey that brings out the best flavors from the pure nature and powerful vegetation of the West Coast. The main foraging areas are forest areas, which alternate with wooded meadows, bogs and swamps, creating a very diverse plant community where every other plant is a medicinal plant. The taste is toned down by tankwood, eelvaks and elk hemp.
