We are a small and fine organic apiary in the heart of Germany. In addition to honey production, we are passionate about beekeeping. Our aim is to maintain a vital bee population in our apiary. For companies we offer sponsorships for newly bred bee colonies. We also support schools in setting up a school apiary.

My first touch with beekeeping was the distinctive smell of honey with wax in the apiculture laboratory of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where I was a student and it was this smell that awakened my love for the field. So, after finishing my studies, I decided to have my first five beehives in 2017 where I discovered this wonderful world of bees. My beehives are located in the forest areas of Chalkidiki, away from sources of pollution and intensive agriculture.
