Sheba Bees – Jardani Sidr Honey
by Sheba Bees
Sheba Bees was launched in New York City in 2024 as a socially responsible business venture. We are a team of Yemeni-Americans and Yemenis confident that, with support, traditional Yemeni beekeepers and their communities can not only survive the manmade and natural challenges they face but also find new ways to build resilience and prosper. Our mission is to bring premium honey to you in ways that benefit Yemeni beekeepers, create safe spaces for native bees, and strengthen beekeeping communities.

Aasa Mesi Mahe Metsaõite Mesi
Aasa Mesi is a beekeeping company with a long tradition, where the principles of producing high-quality honey have been passed on from father to son for the third generation. Organic forest flower honey is produced in Lääneranna Parish, Pärnu County. It is honey that brings out the best flavors from the pure nature and powerful vegetation of the West Coast. The main foraging areas are forest areas, which alternate with wooded meadows, bogs and swamps, creating a very diverse plant community where every other plant is a medicinal plant. The taste is toned down by tankwood, eelvaks and elk hemp.
Aha Honey
Born in Tahiti, we moved to Aotearoa (New Zealand) in 2014. Stung by a passion for beekeeping back home, we decided to be part of the NZ honey industry. Over time our apiaries have grown throughout the local region, servicing local honey demands, now we are starting to export into Europe. Working with other beekeepers, we have kept supplying pure Manuka Honey as sustainability as possible.
Assa
My first touch with beekeeping was the distinctive smell of honey with wax in the apiculture laboratory of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where I was a student and it was this smell that awakened my love for the field. So, after finishing my studies, I decided to have my first five beehives in 2017 where I discovered this wonderful world of bees. My beehives are located in the forest areas of Chalkidiki, away from sources of pollution and intensive agriculture.
